Verso is one theme with three complete store designs inside it. When you pick a style, everything changes together: the layout of every page, the typography, the colors, and the starter copy. The three styles are:
- Verso — a warm, editorial design with serif display type. The demo brand is a specialty coffee roaster.
- Maren & Field — a magazine-style design with a centered masthead and numbered navigation. The demo brand is an artisan food maker.
- Baseline — a precise, technical design with a fixed icon rail and uppercase type. The demo brand is a supplements company.
None of the demo content locks you in. Every product type works with every style — the styles are about personality, not category.
How the editor is organized
Verso keeps the theme editor focused on the style you are actually using. When you open the customizer, the left sidebar shows named areas for your active style only — for example Verso header, Verso home, and Verso footer — plus two shared areas, Cart and Popups, that work the same in all three styles. Sections belonging to the other two styles never appear in your sidebar or in the Add section picker, so there is nothing to accidentally break.
