The contact page’s form is a native Shopify contact form — no app, nothing to connect.
Where messages go
Submissions email your store’s sender email, set in Settings → Notifications in your Shopify admin. Check that address is one you actually read.
What the form offers
- Topic chips so shoppers can flag what the message is about (each chip is editable — order help, wholesale, press…).
- Optional extra fields such as an order number, so replies start with context.
- A live character counter on the message, and a clear inline confirmation once sent — after the confirmation, the page returns the shopper to the form area rather than dumping them at the top.
The page around it
The form shares its section with a sidebar of direct contact details, opening hours, and a wholesale or trade card — all plain editable fields. The quick-link cards above route people who do not need the form at all. See About and contact pages.
Answer the five questions you get most in the FAQ accordion at the bottom of the contact page. Every question answered there is an email you never receive.
