Many sections carry a small index in the margin or corner — a number over a label, like 03 over “On the shelf now”. It is part of the theme’s editorial voice, numbering your page like features in an issue.
Edit an index
-
Open the section’s settings and find the two fields: Index number and Index label.
-
Set the number (
01,02… any short string works) and the label text. They render stacked, number above label. -
Leave both empty to accept the style’s defaults, or clear the number for a label-only caption.
Sections that use the pattern
Product index, taste navigator, story split, values grid, process steps, team grid, timeline, data table, and statistics band all share the same two fields, so renumbering a page is quick: walk the sections top to bottom and set 01, 02, 03… in order.
The numbers are entirely decorative — nothing breaks if two sections both say 02. But shoppers do notice when the sequence reads in order, and it quietly signals care.
